CB Creatives collaborated with the Contact Center magazine and with the agency Bravo Showmaker in the realization of this award ceremony for the 2012 Platinum Contact Center Awards that took place at the Goya Theater in Madrid. Chemari Bello was in charge of the artistic direction, design and script of the gala, together with the choreographer Luka Yexi.
