CB Creatives collaborated with the Contact Center magazine and with the agency Bravo Showmaker in the realization of this award ceremony for the 2017 Platinum Contact Center Awards that took place at the Goya Theater in Madrid. Chemari Bello was responsible for the artistic direction, design and script of the gala.
