CB Creatives collaborated with the Contact Center magazine and the agency Bravo Showmaker in the realization of this award ceremony of the 2015 Platinum Contact Center Awards that took place at the Teatro Real in Madrid. César Belda was in charge of the musical direction and arrangements, as well as director of the Chamartín Symphony Orchestra. Chemari Bello was responsible for the artistic direction, design and script of the gala.
