CB Creatives collaborated with the Contact Center magazine and the agency Bravo Showmaker in the realization of this award ceremony for the 2013 Platinum Contact Center Awards that took place in the Auditorium of the Official College of Physicians of Madrid. Chemari Bello was in charge of the artistic direction, design and script of the gala, together with the choreographer Luka Yexi. César Belda wrote the original songs and the musical direction of the gala.
