FESTIVAL VELAS Y ESTRELLAS it was a summer event that was held in the Asturian town of Luanco between 2004 and 2013, directed artistically by Nacho Artime and with musical direction by César Belda and production by Carlos Lorenzo and César Belda. During the ten years of the festival a total of 40 different shows of all styles were performed in an incomparable setting such as the Luanco Clock Tower, and occasionally in the Maritime Museum of Asturias. Pop, rock, musicals, boleros, tangos, napolitanas, choirs, dance, theater, singer-songwriters, opera, zarzuela and a long list of styles were the protagonists of this event organized by the City Council of Gozón.
